The County managers role will include creating and being responsible for their own team of clerks within a designated postal area County. Promoting the inspekt brand, increasing inspection levels by generating more landlords and more letting agencies. managing your team of clerks and queries that come into your area County hub. Each County Managers will have regular meetings with their Operations Director who will offer support and assistance every step of the way. We are all part of the inspekt team! Initially County managers will be conducting the inspections within their area until the clerks have been enlisted. Full training will be provided by our HR Training team. Inspekt will be looking to attract around 54 County Managers nationwide.
The clerks role will be to cover all inspection appointments within your area. We have made it postal area driven so the clerk will be able to travel to and from appointments easier and cover more inspections with less traveling time. Clerks can pretty much run their own diary. They can block out any specific times they’re not available, leaving the clerk to conduct as many inspections as they feel they want to. The diary will be open 7 days a week with two hourly slots, from 8.00am – 6.00pm Sun – Sat conduct between to 12 – 15 inspections per week, per clerk depending on the area County, we expect teams of between 15 – 20 clerks will be assembled.
The administrator’s role will be to deal with any bookings that come through via telephone or email. They will also be responsible for receiving 3rd party inventory reports that have to be transcribed and uploaded to our transcribing partner. Along with helping with calls from landlords, agents and tenants who have general queries about our booking procedure, reporting or just the general procedure inspekt will play during the tenancy.”
